Acu Harmony & Health opened in 2001 as Stony Plain’s first yoga studio, operated by a mother and daughter team: Lacie and Deb. The main services that Acu Harmony offer are Yoga and Thai Massage with over 1000 hours of certifications/courses and 25 years of training and studying. Lacie also operates both The Healing Seed, a non profit charity providing international humanitarian relief, and Chocolate Mistico, handmade organic raw chocolate and elixir products. Lacie offers her services in Mexico as well as Alberta, where she lives for half of the year. This website was designed to encompass all of Lacie’s diversified offerings and reflect her vibrant personality which is highly talented, connective and inclusive to people around the world.
